UNDERGRADUATION COURSE (BDS)

Recognized by dental council of INDIA, affiliated to Pandit BD Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak.

INTAKE:

A total of 40 students are admitted annually.

Duration- 5 years including one year of internship

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Indian Nationals of 17 years of age as on 31st of December of the year of admission.

QUALIFICATIONS TO APPLY FOR THE ENTRANCE:

The student must have passed the class-12 senior secondary exam with 50% (40% marks for SC and ST) aggregate marks in English, physics, chemistry and biology.

The students should have qualified the NEET as a qualifying exam with 50% of marks.

POSTGRADUATION COURSE(MDS)

Its a 3 year course which commences in may. The course structure and contents are in accordance with the DCI

SUBJECTS:

1. CONSERVATIVE DENTISTRY AND ENDODONTICS2. ORTHODONTICS3. PERIODONTICS4. PROSTHODONTICS5. ORAL AND MAXILOFACIAL SURGERY6. PEDODONTICS

INTAKE:

18 STUDENTS PER YEAR Selection of students- on the basis of NEET PG examination

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Candidate must have completed bachelors of dental surgery and registered as a dental surgeon by DCI.

The MDS degree shall be conferred after the acceptance of the thesis and after the candidate has passed the MDS examination at the end of 36 months.

DENTAL MECHANICS COURSE
